HUB & SPOKE MODEL- Working as many small firms working individually (to a certain extent) which collectively form the large firm. Finding the perfect balance between efficiency (of a strictly hierarchical system) and employee satisfaction (of a small studio)

Management

Managing people plays a crucial role when one wants to see the ideology being reflected in the process and the end product.

YOU DO WHAT YOU ARE- The personality of an individual is what they practice at the end of the day, so it becomes very important to understand an individual to know their likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses to know what keeps them satisfied which in turn reflects in the output.

Business model

With most architectural firms not doing a great job when it comes to sustaining their practice, it becomes very important to ace the business model of the firm.

INCENTIVES- The firm adopts a points based system which allows and pushes the employees to work more efficiently. The points system could be used to get monetary benefits or any other benefits that the employee finds value in. It could be more site visits, or model making, or attending client meetings, etc.
