What worked
There are a couple of processes followed in either of the projects that worked quite well in designing efficiently, and in the attempt to achieve the goals of the firm.

Research
Knowing how much effort needs to be put into the project, when to stop the never ending designing.
Both finding and addressing a social issue and building upon existing framework were crucial.
Varying inputs
The inputs from junior employees, users, non-designers gave a different perspective to th design.
Clear vision statement
Having a crisp concept statement which could be translated into diagrams and then the design.
Interesting Findings
Through the comparison and analysis of the processes and the two projects, there were a couple of findings that emerged from them, which were unknown earlier.
Start to the project
Both projects unknowingly started with the response to site. The pedestrian pathway in the dream project and the entry through the trees in the client.

Standardization
Both projects had a certain degree of standardization of spaces, irrespective of the scale of the project. (Usually not in small ones)
